Brooke got her first fitness certification when she was just 19 years old. She’s taught all sorts of genres of fitness since then, and found indoor cycling almost five years ago. It’s her favorite form of fitness because it’s for everyone; it’s high intensity, low impact, extremely empowering, and sweat-inducing at the same time. As an instructor, Brooke wants you to feel strong, sturdy, and stable on the bike. She wants you to focus on the good, and leave class knowing you gave it your all. When you ride with Brooke, she’ll make you feel welcome and comfortable—but she’ll push you and your fitness boundaries, too! Brooke never met a hill she didn’t LOVE!
